Giorgio Armani just launched two new fragrances this month that infuse just the right dose of romance into each bottle. Because It’s You is available now for women and Stronger With You is the masculine counterpart. The scents are intended to be the “olfactive embodiment of authentic modern-day love.”
The double rings on the perfume depict the symbol of love between two people who are wrapped around each other, expressing their powerful feelings. The two fragrances have a subtle yet strong personality that balance and empower each other together. Developed by Master Perfumer, Anne Flipo, the feminine scent symbolizes strength and delicacy. It has a fresh fruit and floral composition that combines rasberry, rose and vanilla as its main ingredients.
On the other hand, Stronger with You, developed by renowned perfumer, Cécile Matton, focuses on vanilla with a twist of chestnuts. Violet leaves and sage are the classical aromas mixed to create the perfect balance of masculinity at its best. And the creativity doesn’t stop there; we love that Armani himself was a part of the entire concept, from the romance theme of the collection to the sleek designs of the bottles. He created the women’s design a bit shorter than the men’s because it is portraying the curves of a woman’s silhouette. Whereas, the male scent has a broad finish which resembles his shoulders. Love circles back as do the scents – they are linked to the intertwined letter “O” of the “you” which can be taken in the literal sense. Talk about a clever match.
Armani is excited about his newly launched fragrances that will soon be everyone’s favorite. “Emporio is a brand that speaks the language of the present, and this perfume [project] captures two essential aspects of our time: on the one hand, the return to true, primary feelings — in this case, love.” He adds, “On the other hand, the increasingly close proximity between men and women, while respecting their respective identities and individuality.”
Veronique Gautier, who is the Global President of Giorgio Armani Fragrances and Beauty under L’Oréal noted, “The two juices are very complimentary to our portfolio,” referring this fragrance to the other Emporio Armani perfumes under their books; He, She and Diamonds specifically. We’ll have to say out of all of the collections of bold fragrances they’ve released, this one seems to be the most whimsical.
